1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time for your order depends on the seller's dispatch time and your location. Below is the estimated timeframe for deliveries across different regions in India:

✔ Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

✔ Tracking details will be provided via SMS and email once the order is shipped.

✔ Deliveries occur between 9 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Saturday).

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking ID. You can track your order using:

  • Website: Go to "Collections" in your Swarize account and check
  • SMS & Email: Tracking details will be sent upon dispatch.

4. Delivery Policies

  • Dispatch Time: Sellers ship orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure correct shipping details to prevent delays.
  • Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Note: Swarize does not support Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

For delayed, lost, or damaged orders:

  • Contact support if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.
  • Report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Swarize is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

At Swarize, we currently do not support Return to Origin (RTO). This means:

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned to the seller due to non-delivery or refusal by the buyer.
  • Buyers must ensure they provide the correct shipping address and contact details to avoid failed deliveries.
