4. Delivery Policies
- Sellers dispatch within 24–48 hours.
- Ensure correct address to avoid delays.
- Signature may be required at delivery.
- COD is not supported — prepaid only.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged:
- Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated time.
- Report damaged/lost items within 48 hours.
- Delays due to weather/strikes/logistics are handled case-by-case.
6. Returns & Refunds
Swarize does not support Return-to-Origin (RTO):
- Orders cannot be returned once shipped.
